Our names are Denis and T and we have been thinking about putting this website together for over 10 years, although we were not exactly sure what or how this would transpire. As the years have passed our idea has morphed into the site it is now; a place to build a community that is focused on communication, thinking outside the box and trying to stay in the present - the infinite now.
In today's society so much emphasis is placed on material wealth (human having, not human being) that our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is suffering. Knowledge is a powerful tool - especially when you realize that the only power you really have is over yourself.
In general, people are ready to pass judgement without hesitation, and without thought of the consequences. With the many changes taking place in the world today, we believe that there is a need for people to reach out to others and create a positive environment; one that encourages individuals to share their ideas, concerns and experiences without fear or prejudice.
The idea is to learn and grow, and this is where communication plays an important role. We need to learn about each other and how we are all connected and, in a lot of cases, why we are disconnected - passing judgement on somebody because we do not understand them hinders this. Vital for any community to grow is a solid communications foundation. We need to breakdown barriers and learn to think, and be, "outside the box".
We are born with instinctual mechanisms in place - it's a matter of survival. We want to learn. We want to be clean. We want to share. These all build a positive moral psychology; because we feel better, we feel connected. As children we run with this and we learn rapidly. We are part of the universal quest for knowledge and we are growing.
Then it happens, we run full speed into a something new and imposed. It is not instinctual or moral, it's practical. It is control, "I'm right and you're wrong", which is separation in action. So, here we are. We know it, we feel it - the growing has continued in spite of ourselves!
With your help, we would like to create a meeting place where people can come to learn, inspire, feel comfortable communicating and restore a curiosity that seems to have been missing.
Please join us in a change of focus; a focus on communicating about the connection that has always been here - we believe this a truth that we are born knowing.
