What smoker, when they are really honest with themselves, doesn't want to stop smoking? I stopped with minimal cravings and no substitutes, and it was easy.

For all of you out there that would love to be able to stop, now you can. The site has made available the audio of Allen Carr's book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking". The 5 disk book can be accessed through the Recovery section. Click on the musical note, select Easy Way to Stop Smoking Disk 1 from the drop down menu then click go and listen away.

I personally read the book and this January will be 3 years smoke free. There is one condition however - YOU HAVE TO WANT TO QUIT.
